The company was founded by Bridget Bakos, an experienced human resource and recruitment specialist who has a diverse range of experience in recruitment and selection within global and multinational corporate organisations, as well as within the recruitment industry itself. Her vast experience includes; organisational development, industrial relations, performance management, remuneration and reward, graduate and bursary recruitment, TOPP programme recruitment, project management, as well as local and international recruitment across disciplines.

With over 16 years specialised experience and sound business and leadership acumen, as well as postgraduate qualifications in psychology, her competency skills set has been developed and refined to direct the Company.

Together with her involvement in community work, as well as being an accredited HIV/AIDS counsellor, peer educator and facilitator, Bridget is confident the Company will add toward the advancement of many South African Company’s and people.
