The company was founded by an experienced human resources and recruitment specialist who has a diverse range of experience in recruitment and selection within global and multinational corporate organisations, as well as within the recruitment industry itself. Her vast experience includes; organisational development, industrial relations, performance management, psychometric assessments, training and development, mentorship, remuneration and reward, graduate and bursary recruitment, TOPP programme recruitment, project management, as well as local and international recruitment across disciplines.

With over 18 years specialised experience and sound business and leadership acumen, as well as postgraduate qualifications in psychology, her competency skills set has developed to direct the Company.

Together with 9 additional staff members with experience in various categories such as Executive Management, Psychology, Labour Law, Education, Executive Search, TV Presenting, Sound Engineering, et cetera. We are confident that the Company will continue to add value to the corporate world.
